These 2026-27 Winter Events Terms (the “Winter Events Terms”) supplement, and are incorporated into and form part of, the Terms and Conditions  (the “General Terms”) and the $TRUMP Coin Club Terms (the “Coin Club Terms”). For additional information regarding the $TRUMP and the Coin Club program operated by Fight Fight Fight LLC, including Celebration Cards LLC, the owner of Fight Fight Fight LLC, and our allocation of $TRUMP coins, please visit https://gettrumpmemes.com/.  Updates and information relevant to the $TRUMP community, including with respect to the Coin Club and related programs, are published periodically on our official website https://gettrumpmemes.com/ and on the official X account @GetTrumpMemes.  Interested parties should monitor those channels for the latest developments and announcements. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the General Terms or the Coin Club Terms, as applicable. In the event of any conflict between these Winter Events Terms, the Coin Club Terms, and the General Terms, these Winter Events Terms shall prevail to the extent of such conflict. By participating in or attending any of the Winter Events (as defined below), you agree to be bound by these Winter Events Terms, the Coin Club Terms, and the General Terms.

The 2026 Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix event (the “F1 Event”) is scheduled to take place October 9 – 11, 2026 in Singapore, but may be rescheduled to a different date or location, or cancelled, due to circumstances beyond our control or for any other reason. The F1 Event is available exclusively to the top twenty-three (23) $TRUMP holders on the Leaderboard as of October 1, 2026 (the “F1 Snapshot Date”). Eligibility for the F1 Event is determined based on time-weighted holdings of $TRUMP coins during the period from July 18, 2026 through and including the F1 Snapshot Date (the “F1 Measurement Period”), not merely the quantity of $TRUMP coins held at a single point in time, as further described on the Leaderboard website. Participants of the Summer 2026 Event (i.e., the FIFA World Cup Final Weekend) who retain their holdings of $TRUMP coins through the F1 Measurement Period will receive a returning champions boost equal to 10% of their final World Cup score from July 5, 2026, which will be applied for purposes of calculating their ranking on the Leaderboard for the F1 Event. For the avoidance of doubt, at any time during the F1 Measurement Period, if a Summer 2026 Event participant holds an amount of $TRUMP coins that is less than its holding as of July 5, 2026, the 10% boost will not be applied. The F1 Snapshot Date is the date and time at which your time-weighted $TRUMP holdings over the F1 Measurement Period will be measured for purposes of determining your ranking on the Leaderboard and your eligibility for the F1 Event, as announced on the Leaderboard website. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, residents and citizens of the following countries are not eligible to participate in or attend the F1 Event, regardless of their Leaderboard ranking: Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Yemen, and any other country, territory, or jurisdiction subject to comprehensive U.S., EU, or UN sanctions or where participation would be prohibited or restricted under applicable law. This restriction applies regardless of whether any such country has a participant, team, driver, or other representative in the underlying event.

The Gala Dinner event (the “Gala Dinner Event”) is scheduled to take place on November 22, 2026 at Trump National, Washington D.C., but may be rescheduled to a different date or location, or cancelled, due to circumstances beyond our control or for any other reason. The Gala Dinner Event is available exclusively to the top one hundred eighty-five (185) $TRUMP holders on the Leaderboard as of November 12, 2026 (the “Gala Dinner Snapshot Date”). A special VIP reception will be available exclusively to the top twenty-nine (29) $TRUMP holders on the Leaderboard as of the Gala Dinner Snapshot Date. Eligibility for the Gala Dinner Event is determined based on time-weighted holdings of $TRUMP coins during the period from October 5, 2026 through and including November 12, 2026 (the “Gala Dinner Measurement Period”), not merely the quantity of $TRUMP coins held at a single point in time, as further described on the Leaderboard website. Participants of the F1 Event who retain their holdings of $TRUMP coins through the Gala Dinner Measurement Period will receive a returning champions boost equal to 10% of their final F1 Event score from the F1 Snapshot Date (October 1, 2026), which will be applied for purposes of calculating their ranking on the Leaderboard for the Gala Dinner Event. For the avoidance of doubt, at any time during the Gala Dinner Measurement Period, if a F1 Event participant holds an amount of $TRUMP coins that is less than its holding as of October 1, 2026, the 10% boost will not be applied. The Gala Dinner Snapshot Date is the date and time at which your time-weighted $TRUMP holdings over the Gala Dinner Measurement Period will be measured for purposes of determining your ranking on the Leaderboard and your eligibility for the Gala Dinner Event, as announced on the Leaderboard website. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, residents and citizens of the following countries are not eligible to participate in or attend the Gala Dinner Event, regardless of their Leaderboard ranking: Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Yemen, and any other country, territory, or jurisdiction subject to comprehensive U.S., EU, or UN sanctions or where participation would be prohibited or restricted under applicable law.

‍The Super Bowl LXI event (the “Super Bowl Event,” together with the “F1 Event” and the “Gala Dinner Event,” the “Winter Events” and each a “Winter Event”) is scheduled to take place on February 12-14, 2027 in Los Angeles, but may be rescheduled to a different date or location, or cancelled, due to circumstances beyond our control or for any other reason. The Super Bowl Event is available exclusively to the top eighteen (18) $TRUMP holders on the Leaderboard as of February 7, 2027 (the “Super Bowl Snapshot Date”). Eligibility for the Super Bowl Event is determined based on time-weighted holdings of $TRUMP coins during the period from November 12, 2026 through and including February 7, 2027 (the “Super Bowl Measurement Period”), not merely the quantity of $TRUMP coins held at a single point in time, as further described on the Leaderboard website. Participants of the Gala Dinner Event who retain their holdings of $TRUMP coins through the Super Bowl Measurement Period will receive a returning champions boost equal to 10% of their final Gala Dinner Event score from the Gala Dinner Snapshot Date (November 12, 2026), which will be applied for purposes of calculating their ranking on the Leaderboard for the Super Bowl Event. For the avoidance of doubt, at any time during the Super Bowl Measurement Period, if a Gala Dinner Event participant holds an amount of $TRUMP coins that is less than its holding as of November 12, 2026, the 10% boost will not be applied. The Super Bowl Snapshot Date is the date and time at which your time-weighted $TRUMP holdings over the Super Bowl Measurement Period will be measured for purposes of determining your ranking on the Leaderboard and your eligibility for the Super Bowl Event, as announced on the Leaderboard website. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, residents and citizens of the following countries are not eligible to participate in or attend the Super Bowl Event, regardless of their Leaderboard ranking: Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Yemen, and any other country, territory, or jurisdiction subject to comprehensive U.S., EU, or UN sanctions or where participation would be prohibited or restricted under applicable law. This restriction applies regardless of whether any such country has a participant, team, player, or other representative in the underlying event.

The Winter Events may be cancelled or rescheduled for any reason (including, but not limited to, a force majeure event). In the event that any Winter Event is rescheduled to a later date, then in our sole discretion, we may elect to: (a) reschedule the applicable Winter Event to coincide with the rescheduled event on such later date; (b) replace the applicable Winter Event with an alternative event; or (c) provide persons who are qualified for the applicable Winter Event with a limited edition TRUMP NFT in lieu thereof. If any Winter Event is cancelled, then in our sole discretion, we may elect to pursue option (b) or option (c) above. We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or discontinue any or all of the Winter Events at any time and for any reason, including, without limitation, (i) the failure of the event host or any affiliate thereof to obtain, secure, or be granted access to a suite, hospitality space, or other event access, (ii) the withdrawal, revocation, or non-performance by any hospitality provider, venue operator, suite licensor, ticketing provider, or other third party, or (iii) any change in venue policies, capacity restrictions, or allocation decisions by the venue or event organizers, in which case we may, in our sole discretion, elect to pursue option (b) or option (c) above.

A “Verified Attendee” means any individual who (a) is among the top twenty-three (23), top one hundred eighty-five (185) or top eighteen (18) $TRUMP holders on the Leaderboard, as applicable, as of the applicable Snapshot Date, (b) has successfully completed all required security and background checks to our satisfaction, (c) meets all Winter Events eligibility requirements set forth herein (including the age and geographic restrictions), and (d) has been approved by us, in our sole discretion, to attend the applicable Winter Event. An individual who fails to satisfy any of the foregoing conditions at any time shall not be, or shall cease to be, a Verified Attendee and shall have no right or entitlement to attend the applicable Winter Event or receive any benefits in connection therewith. To become a Verified Attendee, each individual must be 21 years or older and the age of majority in their local jurisdiction, will be required to sign a release and any other requested documents, must meet the Winter Events eligibility requirements, and must undergo a security and background check and investigation and be approved in advance as determined by us in our sole discretion. If any individual fails to pass the required security or background check, or otherwise ceases to qualify as a Verified Attendee after the applicable Snapshot Date, such individual’s invitation shall be immediately revoked and such individual shall have no claim for reimbursement, compensation, or damages of any kind against the Covered Parties, including without limitation for any travel, lodging, or other expenses already incurred in anticipation of attending the applicable Winter Event.

Verified Attendees of the F1 Event and the Super Bowl Event will receive, subject to availability and at our sole discretion, luxury hotel accommodations for a three (3)-day stay, private ground transportation, and gourmet meals as part of the applicable Winter Event. Verified Attendees of the Gala Dinner Event will receive, subject to availability and at our sole discretion, admission to the gala dinner and, for the top twenty-nine (29) $TRUMP holders, access to the special VIP reception, as part of the Gala Dinner Event. UNLESS WE EXPLICITLY STATE OTHERWISE IN WRITING, NO ADDITIONAL TRAVEL, LODGING, MEALS, SPENDING MONEY, INSURANCE, OR INCIDENTAL EXPENSES ARE INCLUDED. All other expenses incurred by verified attendees in connection with attending the applicable Winter Event (including, but not limited to, airfare, gratuities, incidental hotel expenses, visa fees, passport costs, personal purchases, and any other costs not expressly described herein) are the sole responsibility of verified attendees and are not reimbursable by Fight Fight Fight LLC or any Covered Party for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation in the event that an attendee’s eligibility is revoked, an attendee fails a required background or security check, or an attendee is otherwise unable to attend after incurring such expenses. Each Winter Event experience consists only of the elements specifically listed in these Terms and Conditions; any details not described herein will be determined by us in our sole discretion, and no additional benefits are included.

A verified attendee may elect, in writing, prior to the applicable Winter Event, to arrange his or her own travel to and from the event and/or to utilize his or her own accommodations in lieu of those provided. In such event, the attendee assumes all responsibility and risk associated with such independent travel and accommodations arrangements, and the Covered Parties shall have no liability, obligation, or responsibility whatsoever in connection therewith, including without limitation for any loss, injury, delay, cancellation, or expense arising from or relating to such independent arrangements.

Any event gift items described in connection with the Winter Events are provided at our sole discretion and are subject to change, substitution, or cancellation at any time and for any reason without notice, and the Covered Parties shall have no obligation to provide any such items and no liability whatsoever in connection with the modification, substitution, or withdrawal of any event gift item. All event gift items are distributed in person only; attendance is required and items will not be shipped. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to invite additional guests to the Winter Events beyond the initial number of attendees, subject to such guests meeting all applicable eligibility, security, and background check requirements set forth herein. The F1 Event is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Formula 1, Formula One Management, Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile, the event organizers, any league, federation, governing body, venue operator, team, driver, or any other third party associated with the underlying event. The Super Bowl Event is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by the NFL, Super Bowl, or any related league, federation, governing body, venue operator, team, player, or any other third party associated with the underlying event. The Gala Dinner Event is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Trump National, or any venue operator, or any other third party associated with the underlying event. Each Winter Event experience is provided “as is” without any warranty or guarantee of any kind, whether express or implied. Invitations to the Winter Events are non-transferable, and no substitution, exchange, or cash alternative will be provided except as expressly permitted in these Terms and Conditions and determined by us in our sole discretion. We reserve the right, where lawful, to substitute all or part of any Winter Event experience with an item, experience, or package of equal or greater value if any portion of the original experience becomes unavailable for any reason.

Verified Attendees acknowledge and agree that their attendance is subject to compliance with all applicable venue rules, circuit or stadium codes of conduct, ticket terms of use, and any additional terms and conditions imposed by the event organizers, Formula 1, Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile, Trump National, the NFL, the Super Bowl, venue operators, or any other applicable authority. Alcoholic beverages may be served at any Winter Event, and Verified Attendees must comply with all applicable laws regarding the consumption of alcohol.

Formula 1, F1, Singapore Grand Prix, Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile, Trump National, Super Bowl, NFL, and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only. The F1 Event is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Formula 1, Formula One Management, Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile, or any related governing body, league, federation, team, driver, venue operator, or event organizer. The Gala Dinner Event is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Trump National or any related venue operator or event organizer. The Super Bowl Event is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, Super Bowl, or any related governing body, league, federation, team, player, venue operator, or event organizer.

You acknowledge and agree that any promotional activities, leaderboard competitions, events, or other benefits offered through the Coin Club are independent of, and are not designed to influence the timing or execution of, any token disposition program that may be in effect. The existence of a Coin Club promotion or event does not indicate that Fight Fight Fight LLC, CIC Digital LLC or their respective affiliates are not contemporaneously disposing of $TRUMP coins pursuant to a pre-announced plan, and you should not acquire or accumulate $TRUMP coins based on any expectation that promotional activity will increase or maintain the market price of $TRUMP coins. You further acknowledge that your decision to acquire, hold, or accumulate $TRUMP coins in connection with any leaderboard ranking or other Coin Club eligibility metric is made entirely at your own risk and is not made in reliance on any representation regarding the token disposition activities of Fight Fight Fight LLC, CIC Digital LLC or their respective affiliates.

WITH RESPECT TO THE WINTER EVENTS, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING: (A) THE QUALITY, SAFETY, SUITABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY OF ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICES PROVIDED IN CONNECTION WITH ANY WINTER EVENT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS, GROUND TRANSPORTATION, FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICES, OR ANY OTHER HOSPITALITY SERVICES; (B) THE OCCURRENCE, SCHEDULING, LOCATION, OR FORMAT OF THE 2026 FORMULA 1 SINGAPORE AIRLINES SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX, SUPER BOWL LXI, OR ANY RELATED EVENT; (C) THE CONDITION, ACCESSIBILITY, OR SUITABILITY OF ANY CIRCUIT, STADIUM, VENUE, OR HOSPITALITY FACILITY; (D) THE PERSONAL SAFETY OF ATTENDEES OR THE SECURITY OF PERSONAL PROPERTY AT OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY WINTER EVENT; (E) THE RISK OF EXPOSURE TO INFECTIOUS DISEASES OR OTHER HEALTH HAZARDS IN CONNECTION WITH ATTENDANCE AT ANY WINTER EVENT; OR (F) ANY SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE, AMENITY, OR BENEFIT IN CONNECTION WITH ANY WINTER EVENT. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ATTENDANCE AT ANY WINTER EVENT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND THAT YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS AND DANGERS ASSOCIATED WITH ATTENDANCE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION RISKS RELATED TO TRAVEL, PHYSICAL SAFETY, PROPERTY LOSS, ILLNESS, AND THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS.
